YOU?
14. REFUND
Users can cancel their subscription directly from their account by navigating to the Subscriptions tab. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel, click on the three dots on the right side of the row, and select "Cancel." The cancellation process is automated, and users will not be charged further from the moment they cancel their subscription.

15. CANCELLATION
We offer a full refund for subscription payments made within 30 days of the payment date. Refunds are not processed automatically and must be requested by contacting our support team. Once we process the refund, Stripe will return the funds to the original payment method immediately. Users can update their payment details by navigating to their account, selecting the Subscriptions tab, clicking the three dots next to the subscription, and choosing "Update Card Details."
A grace period of 30 days is provided from the date of the failed payment. During this time, users will retain access to their subscription features. However, if the payment issue is not resolved within 30 days, the user’s access to subscription benefits will be suspended, and the subscription will be canceled automatically.
For further assistance, please contact our support team.
